How the request form works
When you submit the appointment form, your contact and appointment details are sent through FormSubmit, our form delivery provider, to the Mobile Notary Services inbox. The form does not create a confirmed booking.
FormSubmit processes these details to deliver the request and states that submissions are retained for 30 days. Its spam protection may use Google reCAPTCHA. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and submission retention details.
Information sent to our business
If you submit the form, email or text us, Mobile Notary Services receives the details you include to respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. Contact our team with any questions about information you have sent.
Keep sensitive details out of the enquiry
Please do not send identification numbers, financial details or full document contents with your first message. Describe the type of document and ask how any further information should be provided.
